Kolibri Digital Connection is the digital printing division of Kolibri Art Studio. Since 1995, we have been pioneers in the print on demand or giclée printing industry working to perfect and enhance the fine art digital reproduction process.

Kolibri Digital Connection uses traditional printmaking techniques combined with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest in technology to produce the best possible reproduction for your artwork. Because our parent company, Kolibri Art Studio, has years of award-winning experience in serigraph printing, Kolibri Digital is able to offer you many additional possibilities not otherwise available from other giclée printers. As an example, Kolibri’s coatings and varnishes are applied by serigraph printing presses, the same as the ones given serigraph prints, providing the same rich semi-gloss and high gloss look when appropriate.

Another important advantage that Kolibri Digital Connection can provide you is the printing of out-of-gamut colors. Regardless of the brand name, model or type of digital printer, certain colors are simply unattainable in digital printing. Kolibri will add those "out-of-gamut" colors to your digital prints by silk-screening them as "spot" colors. The same process can be used for the application of textured varnishes and other special effects, like metallic inks, to enhance your artwork.
